Light of the World Storykeep and Scissor Pouch

My latest progress on Light of the World Storykeep, still slowly getting somewhere:

And the progress I've made on this while waiting through dental and vision appointments - I don't know how they manage to make them take so long.

Light of the World Storykeep

I did my second lot of stitching on this. Some people finished the first page in the first month - faint. A whole lot more finished during this months SAL. We get the next page for next month - there are 3 pages total given out 1 every two months. Needless to say, I highly doubt I will be finishing mine within the six months.

Light of the World Storykeep

I've started something else. I signed up for the Heaven and Earth Designs six month SAL and chose the Light of the World design by Dona Gelsinger. I'm doing it one over one on 25ct. Not sure if I'm enjoying it - think I prefer using a sewing motion. Still I'll see how it goes, it's only a small piece so I can use it for a test to see if I'm willing to work over one on 25ct for the larger designs I'd like to do.
