Progress updates

Since I've been lax in posting my updates recently here's a whole load all at once.

Scissor Pouch - back being stitched on as my swimming project:

Mystical Light - I have stopped doing the UFO nights as I wasn't getting much stitching time and didn't want to waste it on UFO's:

An Open Heart - as you can (hopefully) see I've finished the inside and have (just) started the first border:

And lastly a surprise addition to the roster - Tempest:

I also had an update on O' Jerusalem, but I forgot to take a photo so it will just have to wait until next time.

Mystical Light

Thought I'd just give a quick update on the progress of Mystical Light during UFO nights.

The contest for the Christmas Humbug finished, and as expected I didn't win, but I did come third equal and a photo of the top ones will be on the Victoria Sampler website, so I'm really pleased with the result, especially given that was the first time I've entered anything I've stitched in a competition.

Mystical Light

Another week of UFO stitching. Although I'm probably only doing the same amount per week as I did on Oh Jerusalem, this one seems to be going faster - probably because it's a lot smaller so the same number of stitches is a larger portion of the whole.

Mystical Light and O' Jerusalem

I have changed my UFO night piece from O' Jerusalem to Mystical Light so that I can work on O' Jerusalem more often in order to get it finished this year.

Here are updates on the two pieces.

I'm hoping to get a chance to start the Cityscapes Hearts that I signed up to do soon as the last class is getting closer and it would be nice to have actually made progress by then. Still, it won't be the end of the world if I don't manage to do so.
