Today I went to the stitching afternoon at the LNS and did some stitching. Here are the results:

The background is slow going. I think I'm going to start up the other presents I need to do for the end of the year (instead of doing them one after the other like I was going to) so that when I get bored of this at least I'm working on another thing I need to do rather than something that's just for me and can wait.

I've started this for my Grandfathers 80th birthday in October. I'm finding it quite difficult to work on simply because of the colours. I really need to work in good light so it's going slower than I hoped.
