The designer is Millhouse Designs. This kit is the last in a series of four - Charlie is born, Charlie's First Walk, Charlie's First Flight and Charlie's First Landing. There is also a similar set for a unicorn named Misty.

I picked up the kits at a show in London, but there is a website address on the kits (www.millhousedesigns.co.uk) although it doesn't seem to work. There is also an email info@millhousedesigns.co.uk that might be worth trying.
