Ta Da - they are finished

The owls are finished:



They aren't washed or ironed so they are a bit wrinkly, as I don't have any of my stuff with me, so I'm going to send them to Mum as is (Dad is framing them for her).

Here's a picture of all the thread I had left over. The lengths on the left are the untouched lengths, so still the full 6 strands. I thought that was pretty generous thread allowances.

That really turned out nicely! Your mum HAS to love it. So, what WIP is up next, or is there a new start in your future?

I thought I'd finish the brooch I started on the aeroplane first. I forgot when I came up with that little plan that I was trying to reduce my WIP's and starting two new kits wouldn't help. So if I finish the brooch then I'll be back to the same number as before I started the two kits and finished the owls.

After that I'm not sure. I'll have a look at the WIP's I've got with me and then decide.
