Holiday Bauble Pendant

My latest finish - the Holiday Bauble Pendant from Sharri Moroshok of TheBeadedBead on Etsy.

I found it difficult to get a good photo (hey, my hobby is stitching, not photography :p), but it was fairly easy to make, although it's not perfect. I think I'll make a few more - or at least one more for an ornament exchange anyway - and hopefully perfection will get closer :).

I found this pattern through bead group - we were supposed to do one of her Fabergé Eggs but I liked this better, so chose to be different :)

My darling, I remember one day at pre-school when you came home with a cardboard caterpillar made when you were supposed to be making a cardboard lantern. Your comment then was 'I wanted to be different!' Don't think much has changed over the years!! Mum
